Opposition stages anti-govt protest against inflation outside Parliament House

ISLAMABAD: The members of the opposition on Tuesday staged an anti-government protest outside the Parliament House against inflation.
The protesting opposition members were holding banners and placards bearing anti-government slogans.
Addressing the participants, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Tanveer said that a debate should be held in the parliament after making the investigation reports of Prime Minister Imran Khan into the inflation public.
He accused that PM Imran Khan will protect his close companions and demanded the PM to immediately resign over inflation and hold new elections.
Malik Pervaiz, Shaishta Pervaiz, Asif Kirmani, Sheeza Fatima, Mushahid Hussain Syed, Maiza Hameed, Kulsoom Perveen, Khel Das and others were present in the protest.
