PTI Govt’s initiatives to provide relief to common man: PA Speaker
PESHAWAR: Speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani has said that due to the PTI’s steps including educational and economic reforms and people welfare-oriented initiatives like Kafalat Programme, Langhar Khanas and shelter homes the common man is benefitting.
He expressed these views while addressing a ceremony held in connection with reconstruction of Civil Veterinary Hospital at Nawan Shehr, Abbottabad on Monday. The reconstruction of the veterinary hospital will cost Rs8 million.
The hospital being constructed under the supervision of the Livestock & Dairy Development Department, Abbottabad is the result of the special interest by Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani. For the provision of modern facilities, the renovation and beautification of the building has been started.
The Speaker said that as per the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the government has started not only reforms across the country but also committed for provision of immediate relief to the people.
He said that millions of trees have been planted in the country and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Billion Tree Tsunami initiative of Prime Minister Imran Khan and due to that project Pakistan had played its role in the arresting of the global warming that has been appreciated by the world. – APP
