Opposition spreading disappointment among public over coronavirus: CM Buzdar
Statesman Report
LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar Wednesday said the opposition has no program or agenda to counter the coronavirus pandemic and is spreading disappointment among public over the issue.
Responding to the opposition’s criticism, the Punjab CM said 22 crore people have realized its hypocrisy and it does not suit those leaders to talk about humanity who enjoyed luxuries for months in London.
“The opposition should not do politics over the national issue of coronavirus. The federal and the Punjab governments have taken all necessary steps to save the lives of people under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
“The opposition is frightened by Imran Khan’s wise approach and far-sighted decisions. The government will control the pandemic with the help of people.”
