PESHAWAR: The ruling coalition parties, Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) and Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), have offered ‘minus Imran Khan formula’ to resolve the current political crisis and save the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government.
Geo News reported that both the parties were of the view that the Prime Minister Imran Khan cannot escape the no-confidence motion; therefore, he should focused attention on saving the PTI government in the center.

The MQM convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said, “The prime minister does not seems to be surviving the no-trust motion but the PTI government can. So there are many options to save the PTI government to complete the five year tenure.” The PML-Q leader Tariq Bashir Cheema has endorsed Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui’s statement.
Tariq Bashir Cheema said that instead of embarking on a new adventure, Imran Khan should suggest any other senior leader of the party for the post of prime minister. Cheema said that the prime minister has to take decision on the option before voting on the no-trust motion.
Besides, both Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and Tariq Bashir Cheema also opposed Governor Raj in Sindh.
