Assistant Special Information Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif released a statement on the issuance of a passport to Nawaz Sharif. Saif raises a question about the capacity that was set up to issue a passport to a national criminal.
According to the law, diplomatic passports are issued to dignitaries and diplomats of the state only, while Nawaz Sharif has cases of robbery and theft, and has fled the country, said Muhammad Saif.
Saif called the laws of the imported government quirky as a national criminal has been given diplomatic protocol instead of being brought by Interpol. He also said that getting a diplomatic passport means that the Sharifs got NROs for themselves.
According to Barrister Saif, the sole purpose of Shahbaz Sharif coming to power was to take NRO. The welfare of the people has never been their aim. All of Sharif’s focus is ending their cases and making institutions their slaves.
