The Pakistan-Afghanistan border remains closed due to the firing incident on the in Chaman district of Balochistan on Sunday. A security official was martyred in an incident on the border between Pakistan and its neighbouring country to the northwest.
The government of Pakistan has demanded Afghanistan to handover the accused to them. The border will not open unless the shooter is handed over to the Pakistan Army.
The situation on the border in the Chaman Area of Balochistan became intense after firing was initiated from the Afghan border in Bab Dosti. The firing resulted in a clash between the two sides.
Although the Taliban officials in Pakistan and Afghanistan called for a ceasefire on both sides, Pakistani officials demanded the extradition of those who fired on security forces.
