Balochistan High Court has ordered to end all the cases registered against Senator Azam Swati across the province and to acquit him. According to the reports, a hearing was held before Balochistan High Court Chief Justice, Hashim Kakar, regarding the cases filed against Azam Swati.
Recently, Azam Swati had made controversial tweets for which five cases were registered against him in Balochistan. Apart from that separate cases were registered in the rest of the provinces. Azam Swati has been living in a nightmare ever since. From sexual assaults to leaked personal videos, Azam Swati has been tortured in every possible way.
Azam Swati’s son had filed an application against the cases registered against his father. After accepting the petition and the heating, The Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court issued orders to terminate all the cases registered against Tehreek-e-Insaf Senator Azam Khan Swati across Balochistan.
Azam Swati’s son lawyer Naseebullah Tareen said that the High Court has declared that the five FIRs registered against Azam Swati have no law and shall not be entertained. The CJ, therefore, directed the authorities to release Azam Swati.
