Ceased due to the floods, the Green Line train is being re-operated as a superior service from January 27. The train will start its journey from Islamabad and end in Karachi with new coaches imported from China with the best possible arrangements.
According to the railway department, the green line express will be provided with high quality facilities such as breakfast, food, bedding, utility packs and high tea. All the facilities that are not on any other train in Pakistan make the green express line stand out in the crowd.
Furthermore, the fares for the ride range from 9450 to 4200, based on the class and facilities that the trains offer. Moreover, the train will depart from Margalla Station Islamabad at 3 PM and reach Karachi at 2:20 PM the next day.
