According to the Ukrainian military authorities, the Russian army attacked the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, and the central regions of the country last night. During the attacks, Ukraine’s anti-aircraft unit shot down 24 Russian drones.
Kyiv regional administration stated that 15 out of 24 Russian drones were downed in the suburbs of the capital. The downed drones targeting the Ukrainian army did not cause any damage.
According to the Ukrainian army, it is feared that Russia may attack further with air and missile attacks. The public has been advised to exercise caution.
