Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif directed uninterrupted supply of electricity during Ramadan. The Ministry of Energy did not load shedding during the hours of Suhoor, Iftar and Taraweeh.
The Ministry of Energy said that the power supply will be ensured during the hours of Suhoor, Iftar and Taraweeh, there will be zero load management one hour before and one hour after the hours of Iftar.
The Ministry of Energy said that for uninterrupted supply of electricity, control rooms will be established at the operation circle level, special teams will be formed to resolve complaints at the division and sub-division levels, additional transformers and trolleys will be available in case of transformer failure.
