The Stability Party of Pakistan, known as Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party, has decided to part ways with the ruling PDM government by directing its members in the federal cabinet to submit their resignations. Firdous Ashiq Awan, the central spokesperson for the Stability Party, announced that the party’s president, Aleem Khan, has instructed Awn Chaudhry and Nauman Langrial, who hold ministerial positions, to immediately resign from their posts.
It should be noted that Awn Chaudhry and Nauman Langrial were appointed as special assistants to the Prime Minister by the Stability Party before their inclusion in the party.
Firdous Ashiq Awan further stated that the Stability Party will maintain its independent identity and actively participate in the upcoming elections. Their focus remains on addressing public grievances, promoting national interests, and ensuring inclusivity for all sections of society.
According to the spokesperson, the party is swiftly working on establishing an organizational framework to facilitate the resolution of public issues and to reach out to the grassroots level of society.
