A spokesman for Yemen’s Houthi group left a BBC host speechless in an interview, after he challenged her question about the group’s support for the Palestinians.
According to foreign media reports, the BBC host asked Houthi spokesman Mohammed Ali al-Houthi during the interview why the group was supporting the Palestinians, when Yemen was miles away from Gaza.
The Houthi spokesman responded with a counter-question and asked the host if Biden and Netanyahu lived in the same apartment. He asked if they were miles away from the occupied land. The host was stunned by his reply.
In the interview, Houthi spokesman Mohammed Ali al-Houthi said that their position was to stop the American and European machines of destruction, aggression, and terrorism in Palestine. He added that the Houthi group would continue to target ships in the Red Sea because of the Israeli attacks on the people of Gaza.
It is clear that the Houthi rebels in Yemen are targeting Israeli-bound ships in response to the ongoing genocide of the Palestinians in Gaza by Israel.
