Renowned Islamic scholar Dr. Zakir Naik expressed his admiration for the love and warmth he experienced from the people of Pakistan.
In his recent meeting with Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Dr. Naik emphasized the need for the Muslim Ummah to set aside differences and unite under the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah.
The meeting, which took place at the Parliament House, focused on the challenges facing the Muslim world and the importance of interfaith harmony. Speaker Sadiq welcomed Dr. Naik, acknowledging his efforts to promote Islam’s message of peace and brotherhood.
During the conversation, Dr. Naik highlighted that Islam is a religion of peace, love, and unity. He stated, “My mission is to spread the true message of Islam’s peace and love across the globe.” His words reflected the essence of unity that the Muslim world desperately needs today.
In response, Speaker Ayaz Sadiq praised Dr. Naik’s contributions, noting that Islam is a complete way of life that teaches peace and tolerance. He reiterated that Pakistan is committed to safeguarding the rights of all citizens, including minorities, and promoting religious harmony on a global scale.
The speaker also emphasized that the solution to the challenges facing the Muslim world lies in unity and solidarity. Dr. Naik appreciated Pakistan’s role in fostering inter-Muslim unity and spreading Islam’s true message. The meeting concluded with a tour of the Parliament House led by Speaker Sadiq.
