An intense outburst of the people in different parts of the country after the ECP declared Imran Khan disqualified was recorded.
PTI workers came out on the streets in aggression and protested against the decision taken regarding the disqualification of Chairman PTI.
The PTI workers in Peshawar barged into the Peshawar-Islamabad toll plaza, breaking off screens, computers, and all that came their way. In addition to that, the workers chanted slogans against the ECP as they blocked the Pir Zakuri bridge for all types of traffic.
Apart from that, The Hazara motorway was blocked at Shah Maqsood interchange by the protestors. PTI workers and the police also confronted each other on the roads of Faizabad, making the situation tense. Severe shelling was reported on the protesters.
Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf workers also protested on Islamabad Expressway. The protesters blocked the roads and burnt the tyres as they disapproved of the decision taken by the Election Commission of Pakistan.
