An accumulation in the prices of fruits, vegetables, tea, fuel, electricity, stationary, transport, and many other items was seen during the past month.
The ends have become quite difficult to meet as the necessities have become luxuries that not everyone can afford. The Federal Bureau of Statistics has released its monthly review report. According to the report, the inflation rate reached 26.5 percent in October.
According to the review report, an increase in inflation was recorded by 4.71 percent in October compared to September. The inflation rate from July to October was 25.49 percent.
According to the latest report from the Federal Bureau of Statistics, inflation in the cities increased by 23.9 percent in just four months. Whereas, the inflation in the villages increased to 27.8 percent.
According to the review report, the cost of electricity increased by 89.5% in October, while onions became expensive by 67.73%, and tomatoes by 40.7%.
During the last month, fruits became more expensive by 10.98%, tea by 9.8%, and vegetables by 9.5%.
According to the review report of the Federal Bureau of Statistics, electricity has become expensive by 24.95% on an annual basis, while tomatoes have become expensive by 219.3%, onions by 165.6%, motor fuel by 64.8%, stationary by 44.5%, and transport by 41%.
