Four years after the tragic death of Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput, his sister Priyanka Singh has come forward with startling new information that sheds light on the actor’s state of mind in his final days. In a recent interview, Priyanka revealed that Sushant feared for his life following the mysterious death of his former manager, Disha Salian, just a week before his own demise.
According to Priyanka, Sushant paid little attention to the barrage of negative media reports against him, but the news of Disha’s death sent him into a state of sheer panic. “He told us, ‘These people will not spare me too,'” Priyanka recounted, describing how the once-vibrant actor began muttering to himself and shaking uncontrollably. The family was deeply disturbed to see Sushant in such a fragile mental state.
As the world knows, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra apartment on June 14, 2020, during the COVID-19 lockdown. His death was ruled a suicide, but the case took a dramatic turn in 2022 when a former employee of Mumbai’s Cooper Hospital, Roopkumar Shah, came forward with shocking revelations. Shah claimed that Sushant’s body showed signs of a broken leg and needle marks, suggesting that he may not have died by suicide after all. “The marks of strangulation and hanging are different,” Shah stated, drawing on his 28 years of experience performing autopsies.
The case took an even more sinister turn when Sushant’s father accused his girlfriend at the time, Rhea Chakraborty, of abetment of suicide and money laundering. The case was subsequently transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation, while the Enforcement Directorate and Narcotics Control Bureau also joined the investigation.
As the world continues to grapple with the loss of a talented young star, Priyanka Singh’s revelations have reignited the debate surrounding the circumstances of Sushant’s death. With new evidence emerging and the investigation ongoing, one can only hope that the truth will finally come to light and justice will be served for the beloved actor.
