PESHAWAR: Tareen group has announced to boycott of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) parliamentary party meeting in the presence of Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Bazdar.
Prime Minister Imran Khan had called the meeting in Punjab which will be chaired by PM but the Tareen group announced to boycott of the meeting. Prime Minister Imran Khan will arrive in Lahore today on a one-day visit where he will meet Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar.

Buzdar will brief the members of the Punjab National Assembly and members of the Provincial Assembly on preparation for the no- confidence motion submitted by the opposition political parties against the Prime minister. Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar and senior party leaders in Punjab will also call on Prime Minister. The Prime Minister will meet meet minority members of the Assembly.
Earlier, the government said that all the preparations have been completed and under Article 63A, deviant government members will not be allowed to vote. While on the day of voting, the Chairman PTI will also write a letter to the Speaker of the National Assembly with reference to the government members coming to Parliament.
Yesterday, the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid e Azam (PML-Q) has told Prime Minister that if 15 or 20 of PTI lawmakers deserted their party, then they too would be forced to join the united opposition.
According to during the meeting between PM Imran Khan and PML-Q Federal Minister Tariq Bashir Cheema, the PM was informed about the PML-Q concerns over the ‘angry’ PTI members. It was the first that the ruling coalition party has signalled support to the opposition over the no-confidence motion. Cheema said that his party will formulate a new policy keeping in view the evolving political situation of the country.
Pakistan Muslim League-Q chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has also called on Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman and discussed the no-confidence motion and the current political situation in the country.
