South Waziristan: Corps commander Peshawar Lieutenant General Hassan Azhar Hayat visited South Waziristan.
ISPR reported that the Corps Commander Peshawar met the elders of Mahsud Jirga at Saratoga. Furthermore, the Corps Commander paid tribute to the sacrifices that the tribal people made and the support they extended to the Pakistan army during the war on terrorism.
The core commander, Hassan Azhar Hayat, promised the people of Waziristan that all possible assistance for economic stability would be provided to them by the Pakistan Army.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the tribal elders expressed immense gratitude to the Pakistan army for maintaining peace in the area.
