In a shocking turn of events, the education department has taken strict action against absent teachers in Peshawar, resulting in the suspension of 26 educators in South Waziristan. This move comes as a response to the continuous absenteeism of teachers, causing severe disruptions in the education system.
The education department has formed a committee to investigate the matter further and initiate additional disciplinary measures against the absent teachers. The committee has been given a deadline of seven days to submit their report, emphasizing the urgency of the situation.
However, the crisis doesn’t end with the teachers alone. Four security guards from various government schools in South Waziristan have also been suspended due to their consistent absence from duty. The education department is now faced with the challenge of ensuring the smooth functioning of schools amidst a shortage of both teaching staff and security personnel.
The disciplinary action against the teachers and guards was a result of public complaints about their absence, highlighting the frustration and concern of the community regarding the deteriorating state of education. The education department officials are now under pressure to address these issues and restore order in the education system.
