PESHAWAR: The Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz senior leader and former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that no-confidence motion will be tabled in the parliament “soon”.
Talking to media, the former PM said that they have been facing cases for the last four years. “The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has also accepted that it has not recovered any looted money during this time,” Abbasi claimed.

He said that no new Chairman NAB has been appointed as the current chief working on daily wages for 5 months. “Inshallah, the environment will change soon,” the PML-N leader said. “There is no department which is free from corruption. There are dozens of scandals including medicine scandal, sugar and wheat.”
He accused the PTI of destroying every department and the Transparency International also said that corruption has further increased in Pakistan under the PTI government. The former PM said that they are not just talking about the no-confidence motion but would table it soon in the parliament. However, he did not informed who would be their first target – the prime minister of the chief minister Punjab.
Yesterday, The Pakistan Muslim league Nawaz (PML-N) President and leader of the opposition in National Assembly Mian Shahbaz Sharif has said that every effort is being made overthrow the government. Sharif on Monday appeared in the Accountability Court Lahore in Ramzan Sugar Mills and Ashiana References. Talking to media, Shahbaz Sharif said, “The government should be scared because of its actions. The government has destroyed the national economy and people are reeling under inflation.”
The Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that democracy is the “best revenge” and the current “selected” government will be removed only through in a democratic manner.
